Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services independently. Users under 16 may only access our platform with parental or guardian consent and supervision. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.

User Conduct

Instructional Services

Our platform offers both group sessions and individual lessons in wildlife photography. Enrollment in courses grants you access to course materials, live sessions, and instructor support as specified in the course description.

We strive to maintain high-quality educational content but do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results. Your progress depends on your participation, effort, and engagement with the materials provided.

Payment and Refunds

Fees for courses and services are clearly displayed at the time of enrollment. All payments must be made through our approved payment processors. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect enrollments already purchased.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for pre-recorded content and within 48 hours for live sessions. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to completion percentage and access history. No refunds will be provided for completed courses or after the refund window has closed.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including course materials, videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Routezen or our content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

User-Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content such as questions, comments, photographs, or assignments. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such external resources.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routezen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your access to or use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Routezen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
