All content, materials, and resources available through Routezen, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video recordings, audio content, software, course materials, educational content, and compilations, are the property of Routezen or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Routezen, the Routezen logo, and other marks used on our platform are trademarks or registered trademarks. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners.
Course Materials and Educational Content
All wildlife photography courses, tutorials, masterclass recordings, instructional videos, learning materials, assignments, and related educational content are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Routezen and our instructors.
Permitted Use
Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course materials solely for personal educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials except where explicitly permitted
Share login credentials or course access with others
Record, screenshot, or capture live sessions without authorization
Use course content for commercial purposes or public display
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from course materials
Retention of Access
Access to course materials may be time-limited as specified in the course enrollment terms. Routezen reserves the right to modify or remove content at any time.
User-Generated Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of photographs, images, assignments, projects, and other original content you create and submit through the platform. By submitting content, you grant Routezen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purposes of:
Providing educational feedback and instruction
Operating and improving the platform
Showcasing student work with your permission
Marketing and promotional purposes with your explicit consent
Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Instructor Content
Instructors who create and provide course content grant Routezen an exclusive license to host, distribute, and commercialize that content through the platform for the duration of the instructor agreement. Specific terms regarding revenue sharing, attribution, and content ownership are governed by separate instructor agreements.
Copyright Infringement
Reporting Infringement
Routezen respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through our platform infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the platform
Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate

The platform may include links to third-party websites or reference third-party resources. Routezen does not claim ownership of third-party content and is not responsible for protecting or enforcing third-party intellectual property rights.
Wildlife Photography and Subject Rights
Students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions for wildlife photography created during courses, including:
Compliance with wildlife protection laws and regulations
Respect for property rights where photography occurs
Ethical treatment of animal subjects
Obtaining necessary permits for protected species or locations
Routezen provides educational instruction but does not grant rights or permissions related to wildlife photography subjects or locations.
Software and Technology
All software, applications, tools, and technology used to operate the Routezen platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code is strictly prohibited.
Modifications to This Policy
Routezen reserves the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform following modifications indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
